DigiER mobile app ensures personalized training pathways by initially testing the knowledge and awareness of digital transborder entrepreneurship among entrepreneurs and startuppers. The DigiER mobile application will also elaborate a personalised strategy for users to be able to address the weak points and empower its approach to digital transborder entrepreneurship processes. Start from knowledge assessment, continue to your training pathway and create your strategies!
The DigiER mobile application mobile app is divided into 3 sections:
- Self-assessment panel concerning digital transborder entrepreneurship processes in SMEs.
- Training pathway on 3 levels of advancement on the results of self-assessment.
- Digital transborder strategy builder.
Based on the results of the self-assessment, the learner’s training pathway will be focused on the beginner, intermediate or advanced level. The training pathway is built of scenarios which are a combination of text and graphics, and also end with a situational question, followed by feedback. At any time, the learner can go back to the scenarios, and study the material at their own pace or time. The third section is a workspace to plan own strategies and that information is stored on the individual device of the user, which means that the panel is unique and not transferable, tailored to the needs of the user/business.
The app involves knowledge across 6 thematic parts in the form of practical activities. These topics are:
1. Cultural differences in negotiating, signing and respecting contracts among EU countries.
2. Digital tax systems in Europe
3. AR for eCommerce.
4. eCommerce Marketing Automation.
5. Effective cashless payment methods for business in European countries.
6. Shopping behaviour and social shopping.
The DigiER mobile app allows users to: save time, test their knowledge in the field of digital transborder entrepreneurship processes in SMEs, have unlimited access to personalized training content, as well as develop own customized digital transborder entrepreneurship strategy.
The DigiER mobile app has a potential transferability beyond the target groups and beyond the project’s life-time. Taking into account that the developed training content can be used not only for entrepreneurs, but cross-sectorial. The DigiER mobile app can also be used by school teachers (entrepreneurship, economic subjects) and by youth trainers (in the Labour Exchange offices or in the Youth centres) and this ensures its cross-sectorial transferability.
The methodology of the app can also be applied to other areas and sectors, in which there is a desire for test-learn-act approach. In this way, the structure of the application can be easily ported to other specific areas connected with professional development of both organisations and individuals.
The DigiER app for entrepreneurs is the second result of the DigiER project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
